I had quite a travel experience, singing across the country recently! First I sang in Houston and later got to travel around the area and heard about the horrific flooding that happened during Hurricane Harvey in Aug 2017. I was touched by their courage and stories of people coming to strangers' aid across the city. Then, I went to Los Angeles, my old tromping grounds, and after visiting with family and friends, got to visit a whole new spiritual community and sing for UP Church. UP Church was founded by Rev. Della Reese, who I grew up watching on "Touched by an Angel." There was some really amazing energy there and a fantastic music team! Finally, this last weekend, Ben and I drove out to Wichita, Kansas, to speak and sing at a new to us community: Unity of Wichita. They were kind, welcoming, and generous! We are blessed to share our gifts to so many people across the country.
