Significant accomplishments include:
- Spearheaded business operations overhaul that resulted in doubling sales contracts within one year and saved the company $100,000 in outside costs, while significantly increasing customer satisfaction.
- Achieved a 3,333% growth-rate of a vital outreach program in less than four years, which increased donor funding and fulfilled the CEO’s vision.
- Oversaw planning for a fundraising event that raised $113,000 in one night – a 400% increase from the previous year’s event, and more money than the previous eight years combined – all with less stress on the Director of Development and CEO.
- Managed a fully-remote team of nine people in a high-growth start-up environment, with a focus on training, team-building, and culture. Under her leadership, the booking team exceeded goals, improved client relationships, and the organization avoided staff turnover.
- Created marketing collateral for clients, i.e. copywriting, graphics, and websites for more effective sales.
- Implemented Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D.E.I.) efforts that resulted in an event with the single biggest turnout in the desired target market. The organization met its growth targets, developed new revenue sources and improved its image as a welcoming, progressive community.
